Your Ingredients list, it’s one that will make You Gag, but in a Good Way!
Jasmine rice, 2 cups Cook it, cool it, and let it have a beauty sleep in the fridge overnight.

🍗🌿

200 grams of your best chicken thighs, we want that fat hanging on the side of it.
Sliced and diced, we salt and pepper it well and rub it with some Vegetable oil.
Heat up your most fabulous wok, with 1 tablespoon of Vegetable oil!

Add the chicken and stir-fry until it’s no longer pink. Just like your favourite snack. When done, take the chicken out, and put it on the side as we need it later. In that same fabulous wok, add another tablespoon of Vegetable oil.

Add one large onion, freshly diced, and 3 chopped garlic cloves into the hot oil. Tears of joy, sweetie. Fry until they’re as translucent as your foundation. If they are burned, well, what can I say? The oil was too hot? Better turn down the fire or stir like crazy. Push those onions and garlic to the side, they’ve had their moment.

Grab 2 Eggs. No darling, not his eggs, chicken eggs. Crack’m into a wok. Beat those eggs until they’re as fluffy as your hair on a good day. When done, it is time to bring back that chicken like on a comeback tour and stir it in with your onions, garlic, and eggs.

Time to add your well-rested rice to the party! Mix it all together, like a pool party on a hot afternoon. Use a skimmer to really push it together, like your life depends on it.

Let us add some sauce to make it jammy. Add your Soy sauce, 2 tablespoons will do it. 1 tablespoon of Oyster sauce, and 1 or 2 tablespoons of your favourite Sambal. Or more if you’re feeling spicier than usual.
The spicier, the better, just like your love life, I hope!
Now, stir until it’s as mixed up as a gay parade. When done, toss in those sliced green onions like you’re tossing confetti at a parade.

Serve it piping hot and garnish with fried shallots, lime wedges, and cucumber slices. Because, darling, you’re not just serving food—you’re serving looks!

And there you have it. A dish that’s as spicy and exotic as you are!
